As of July 14th 2026, there are (5) homeowners within Brookfield Estates with unpaid HOA dues totaling $7,591. The HOA seeks to legally collect these unpaid dues. As required by the Declaration of the Brookfield HOA, the HOA has scheduled hearings for these homeowners on August 5th. The notices of hearing have been delivered to the affected homeowners by Certified Mail. If unresolved and unpaid, the HOA will pursue legal remedy.
