RECENT UPDATES: 

We have contracted for this season's snow & ice clearing for the sections of sidewalks that are HOA owned. As a courtesy, and with safety in mind, we've included clearing snow around all fire hydrants within the community. Please note that homeowners are responsible for clearing their own sidewalks.

HOA treasurer, Laura WIlkins, is no longer on the HOA Board. We would like to thank her for her excellent work as Treasurer. 

We are actively looking for a new HOA board treasurer. The Vice President position is open as well. If interested in joining the board, please contact us at: hoaboard@brookfieldestates.com We look forward to hearing from you!

We are considering having an annual meeting in January for the residents.  There hasn't been an annual meeting in many years, due to lack of interest.  It would be a weekday evening meeting, most likely at the Seymour Community Center.  Please indicate via email if you would attend an HOA annual meeting via email to:  hoaboard@brookfieldestates.com
