RECENT UPDATES:
The Brookfield HOA board gives a BIG Welcome and Thank You to our new Treasurer, Brookfield resident Nicole O'Connell! Nicole has been a treasurer in other capacities, and is familiar with the workings of Homeowners Associations. She will be a great asset to our HOA volunteer team and we look forward to working with her.
We have contracted for this season's snow & ice clearing for the sections of sidewalks that are HOA owned. As a courtesy, and with safety in mind, we've included clearing snow around all fire hydrants within the community. Please note that homeowners are responsible for clearing their own sidewalks.
