RECENT UPDATES:
7/10/25--We have a new landscaper that just completed his first mowing of the common areas here. We fired the previous landscaper, as he became unreliable and his work quality was not at all satisfactory. The new outfit, MBS Lawn & Tree has done an excellent job! We appreciate your patience as we worked to get the landscaping situation improved. It hasn't been an easy task to change contractors mid-season, as most have their schedules booked solid.
We will also be getting a quote from MBS to prune the overgrown trees at our entryways and some other spots within Brookfield.
7/11/2025 All Homeowners dues are payable on 7/15/2025. At that time any delinquent accounts will be handled by our Attorney for collections.
