Annual dues will be sent out in February, after the Budget is approved in January.
Dues will be payable in 30 days. After 30 days a 10% penalty will be added to your invoice.
After 3 months of no collection, your invoice will be turned over to our Attorney for collection.
Without your due’s payment, the HOA is underfunded. This places an unfair and undue burden
on your neighbors who have paid in a timely fashion.
Homeowners are responsible for the annual due’s payment; the dues are NOT escrowed in your
mortgage payment.
