Brookfield Homeowners Association was Incorporated May 10, 2021.
The Association was formed to maintain the common property and deed restrictions to
maintain a beautiful neighborhood.
When you purchased your home, you became a member in the Brookfield Homeowners
Association.
There is an annual due each year. The dues are used for ongoing upkeep and maintenance of
the lawn areas and snow removal. The Association is required to maintain Liability, Fidelity and
Directors and Officers Insurance, as outlined in the bylaws.
We also maintain a website and accounting software.
The Association files an annual 1120-H with the Internal Revenue Service and an annual Form
CT 1120 with the Department of Revenue for the calendar year.
An annual report is filed with the Connecticut Secretary of the State.
