Welcome to Brookfield Homeowners Association HOA
Brookfield Homeowners Association was Incorporated May 10, 2001.
The Association was formed to maintain the common property and deed restrictions to
maintain a beautiful neighborhood.
When you purchased your home, you became a member in the Brookfield Homeowners
Association.
There are annual dues for each homeowner. The dues are used for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of HOA owned common areas, including grass mowing & trimming, snow removal from HOA sidewalks, and required periodic wetlands maintenance. The Association is required to maintain Liability, Fidelity and Directors and Officers Insurance, as outlined in the bylaws.
We also maintain a website and accounting software.
The Association files an annual 1120-H with the Internal Revenue Service and an annual Form
CT 1120 with the Department of Revenue for the calendar year.
An annual report is filed with the Connecticut Secretary of the State.
