On behalf of the Brookfield Homeowners Association, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the official Brookfield Homeowners Association website.

RECENT UPDATES:
The speed limit is 25MPH. 

• Homeowners please take notice and report to the police consistent violators of the speed limit to protect our children. 
• If you are listing your home for sale, please ensure to let your listing agent (Realtor) know of the Homeowners Association.  The Realtor or your Attorney is to contact us. to request your closing package relative to the dues associated with your property.  All dues are required to be paid in full prior to the transfer of the property.
• Dues statements for 2024 were  mailed by April 4, 2024.  Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.  Dues are $197.50 and payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.  You can pay online via PayPal on this website.
• If you did not receive your statement, please contact us.    If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, a 10% late fee will be applied.
• If you are not receiving our emails, please register your email with us by utilizing the Contact Us form.
