On behalf of the Brookfield Homeowners Association, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the official Brookfield Homeowners Association website.

RECENT UPDATES:

At this time we are NOT offering an online payment option due to the costs that would need to be passed on to the homeowner. We are exploring cost-effective options for the future and will post any updates. There have been minimal homeowner inquiries regarding online payments. PLEASE send in your dues to prevent late fees!!

The speed limit is 25MPH. 

• Homeowners please take notice and report to the police consistent violators of the speed limit to protect our children. 
• If you are listing your home for sale, please ensure to let your listing agent (Realtor) know of the Homeowners Association.  The Realtor or your Attorney is to contact us to request your closing package relative to the dues associated with your property  at hoaboard@brookfieldestates.com. All dues are required to be paid in full prior to the transfer of the property.
